Our Mission

Tawd Valley Developments have a mission to develop the highest quality new homes offering the highest value to our clients and customers.

Based in Skelmersdale, West Lancashire, our team plans and develops sites on both brownfield and undeveloped land across a range of tenures including affordable rent and open market sale.

We are keen to address the needs of the underserved people of West Lancashire such as larger families and the elderly by enhancing their health and well being in purpose built homes. We are addressing the Climate Change commitments of our shareholder on all of our current developments.

We are supporting our shareholder in the revival of the Local Area with revival of economically challenged sites. We continue to deliver more home ownership tenures through Rent to Buy and Shared Ownership units coming forward all the time, thereby tackling the borough’s housing and economic imbalance and maximising the social value that we deliver through all of our schemes.
