We are a community focused property development company building affordable homes to buy and to rent. As the company is wholly owned by West Lancashire Borough Council any profit that the Company makes is reinvested into services which benefit the local communities of West Lancashire.

We are proud to say that to date, we have delivered over 100 affordable homes in West Lancashire since we started development activities in 2020. These include affordable rent to buy homes at our Fairlie site. These are the first tranche of affordable home ownership products developed and delivered by Tawd Valley Developments.
